Disturbing movie based on the true story of Iwao Enokizu, convicted murderer who was on the run from police for 78 days. Making his way all over Japan by committing fraud and killing people. This one was directed by the famous Shohei Imamura and stars Ken Ogata as Enokizu.

Spaghetti Western, filmed in Japan, Japanese cast, English dialogue, Jpop hair, directed by Takashi Miike with cameos by Quentin Tarantino. Isn’t that enough? I watched this again recently, amazing flick.

The South Koreans are by far the best producers of revenge flicks.

Truck Turner 1974

Isaac Hayes is a bounty hunter searching for a pimp named Gator. Gator winds up dead and Truck gets blamed for it. Gator’s lady pimp partner offers up a bounty for anyone who can kill Truck Turner. This is one of my favorite blaxploitation flicks. I just watched it again recently, hadn’t seen it in 10-15 years. The soundtrack to this movie is excellent.
